Nimrod Dweck, born in 1981.

Writer, game designer, graduate of the computer game development and design program at Shenkar, marketing man and social activist. Independently published his first book, “The Two Constants”, in May 2019, a fantasy book about a person who accompanies the dead to their final rest. Writes and creates animated television content, is a graduate of the “Hop, Skip & Jump” incubator of the Jerusalem Film and Television Initiative, in which he won various development grants, also participated in the “Draft / Sketch” incubator by Makor Fund.

He holds MA degree from Tel Aviv University in Philosophy and History of Sciences and Ideas, wrote a thesis on “Mythologies and Science Fiction”. an anaylsis of Jospeh Campbel Hero’es Journey theory on Science Fiction. Holds a BA degree from the Open University in Political Science and International Relations.

Partner and GM of Beta, an incubator launched by ViacaomCBS VC fund Gazella.

Until 2020, he served as CEO of marketing company Dice Marketing (which he founded in 2006). The company operates in Israel and around the world. Accompanied dozens of brands and companies, cultural events, social and political movements. It is currently a subsidiary of Beta.

Director of Rimon Studio for socially influential games (founded 2011). The studio works with educational institutes, museums and private businesses. The games it produced have been played by millions around the world, hundreds of thousands of students in Israel. Currently a subsidiary of Beta.

During the 2015 elections he founded and managed the V15 Movement which organized 15,000 volunteers and knocked on hundreds of thousands of doors in order to raise the turnout and bring about political change. After the 2015 elections, he co-founded the movement Darkenu, in which he serves as VP of Strategy. The movement waged many struggles, and as part of it served as the producer of the 2017 Rabin Assembly, organizing tens of demonstrations and signing hundreds of thousands of Israelis in support of the principles of the moderate Israeli majority. In 2020, he and his team established Democrat TV, an independent media channel based on mass funding. Today, the largest crowd funding effort in Israel in civil society.

In 2015, he established the “Seeing Black in the Eyes” initiative, an environmental-civic organization that aims to assist in filing class-action lawsuits against pollutants. Assisted in organizing the class action lawsuit against EPA that reached a settlement of over NIS 100 million and the class action lawsuit against Rotem-Ampert over the Nahal Ashalim disaster.

Serves as a lecturer in online marketing and transmedia, previously taught BA and MA degrees at the Hebrew University at the School of Communication and Journalism as well as at the School of Social Work for Online Marketing for Nonprofits, as well as at Tel Aviv University. In the past, he taught computer game design at the Open University’s Exposure School for about three years and coordinated the trend for a while. He currently teaches marketing at the Interdisciplinary Center (Reichman University), and toy development for animation projects at Bezalel.

Director and founder of the High-Fiber music label, which mainly represented Israeli hip hop artists (Ravid Plotnik, Peled, Ortega, Lukatch and others). Retired rapper of the Hip Hop bands Parvarim Refugees and PR Trooperz. Participated in two albums both as a creator and as a rapper, as well as being hosted by other artists such as Hadag Nahash. As part of the label’s work he was the manager of various hip hop and rock bands.

He was previously a cultural journalist and editor of the music section of “Intelligence News”, wrote for Timeout (a magazine and the “social movement”), and also served as a reporter for cultural and news sites such as YNET, Nana10, Mouse Online and the city.
